Everyone laughed.
大家聽了都哈哈大笑了起來。"They wanted to sniff out the changes ahead of time and scurry into action, rather than get hemmed in and be left behind."
"他們都想提前嗅出變化的味道，並且趕快投入行動，而不再是落在後頭哼哼不停。"Nathan said, "That's a good point. No one in our company would want to look like Hem. They might even change. Why didn't you tell us this story at our last reunion? This could work."
內森說："這是一個好點子。我想我們家的人都不願做哼哼，他們很可能也會因爲這個故事而改變。上一次同學聚會時，你爲什麼沒有告訴我們這個故事？要不然，它早就起作用了。"
Michael said, "It does work.
"它確實有用。"邁克爾說。"It works best, of course, when everyone in your organization knows the story -- whether it is in a large corporation, a small business or your family -- because an organization can only change when enough people in it change."

We suggested we might be their 'New Cheese' -- that is, better partners for them to succeed with. It led to new business."
最後，邁克爾又給大家介紹了一個經驗："當這個故事對我的公司起作用以後，我們便把故事告訴給那此我們希望能和他們在生意上有所合作的人，因爲我們知道任何一個公司都正面臨變化和選擇他們提議說，也許我們公司就是他們正在找尋的'新奶酪'，也就是說，我們可能就是能讓他們的生意更成功的合作伙伴。這方法的確爲我們帶來了許多新的機會和生意。"That gave Jessica several ideas and reminded her that she had some early sales calls in the morning. She looked at her watch and said, "Well, it's time for me to leave this Cheese Station and find some New Cheese."
這番話使傑西卡受到啓發，她想起明天上午要談的幾筆業務。她趕緊看了看時間，說："喔，時間到了，該是我離開這個奶酪站，去尋找新的奶酪的時候了"。The group laughed and began saying their goodbyes. Many of them wanted to continue the conversation but needed to leave. As they left, they thanked Michael again.
