第一段中第一個中文句子裏，短句較多，要分析這些句子之間的邏輯關係，然後用英文的形式表達出來。 “推進國際金融監管改革，建立有利於實體經濟發展的國際金融體系”是吸取教訓的目的，因此可以用so as to來表示這種關係，這裏“正本清源，對症下藥”就是指找到事情的根源，然後找出對應的解決辦法，只要能翻譯出這層意思即可，在這裏把它處理爲做事的方式放在by後面，從而實現和整個句子的結合。“本着…的原則”則譯爲based on the principles of …。第二個句子沒有主語，因此可以譯爲被動句，前兩個短句是並列關係，可以while或者and鏈接，最後一個短句表目的。
