[正] He has got very poor physical constitution with continuous illnesses all the year round.

注：雖然“素質”常翻譯成 quality，如：Do you think she possesses the necessary managerial qualities to do this job?（你認爲她具有從事這個工作所必須的管理素質嗎？）但“身體素質”卻要用 physical constitution（體格）來表達。
